Just thought I'd post a quick update. I had my 2nd trimester scan last week (ok, at 18.5 weeks fetuses look SCARY in 4D!) and despite a case of chronically crossed legs the tech got a good enough view to declare...

that we're having a GIRL!


She looks (and is measuring) perfect.

Her name is Katherine Elizabeth. We call her Kate. There wasn't even a discussion about the name--Chris asked what I like and I told him and he agreed. Everything about this baby is (so far!) too easy.
