Had my BIG u/s today! (xpost)
Hey Ladies! I had my BIG u/s today. I have a Lake outside of my placenta, whatever that means. She said it was kinda common and its nothing to worry about at all but she wanted to let me know she was noting it. She said my uterus also seems bulky but again nothing to worry about, and again, I have NO idea what she is talking about. Anyways...She did all measurements and everything looks great. My due date has been moved up from the 24th to the 21st, so I am a TAD farther along than we thought. At the end, she went to look at the babies parts and little baby had its legs crossed, I was like OH NO, You are not gonna do this to me, LOL. She gave my belly a few shakes and after what seemed like forever, the baby opened its legs. And guess what she found.....

We are totally excited! I think we really wanted a little girl and we got our wish. She said she could see the labia and 3 little lines and it looked like we were gonna have a baby girl. We went to Gymboree and got 4 very sweet GIRLY outfits. I am so excited. I hope Braedon loves his baby sister!

Yea!!!! Congratulations on your new daughter (in utero)! That is wonderful news! It's so great having both!

Congratulations!!! We are in the same boat .. expecting a girl and already have a boy! Its going to be a switch but I think its going to be so neat to have one of each. I'm glad you were able to find out and they didn't keep you in suspense.
