Sony Move vs Wii Workout

I just bought the Sony Move for my son for xmas, but I loved playing the Wii so I could do some of my Wii workout games, and to boo, my son had FUN playing it with. Does anyone have the Move to give an insight if it is as much as a workout as the Wii?
