I work for a small company that doesn't have a maternity leave policy. (Under 50 employees, so the Family Medical Leave Act doesn't apply, I believe) They told me they haven't had an employee on maternity leave in like 20 years...

So anyway, for those of you who work and will be returning to work, what kind of maternity leave will you have? Length? Paid/unpaid/partially paid?

I have no clue what's fair....just wanting to get input from others.
