It's been about 3 years since I have been able to get online. Its been a very busy time in our house with a 3 (almost 4 year old) and all the remodeling that we have been doing.

While we have been busy, my biological clock has been quitely ticking in the background. While I thought that Sam was going to be an only child, we have decided to take the plunge and TTC this year.

I have an appointment for June to have my Mirena removed. We are not going to wait the recommended 3 months and just jump into things. We have both agreed that if after a year there is no baby, then we will have our one and only.

Now here is my question...has anyone ever had the Mirena? I love having it, I don't have a period and don't have any side effects. I would like to know if anyone has had the Mirena or any IUD for that matter and then decide to TTC. I have been looking online and the only information that I can find says that it's 100% reversible.

I need some girl advice before I do to my doctor appointment. Please help!

I just got the Mirena about 3 months ago... so I'm still seeing the spoting and I still have af for now.
