This has never happened to me before. I was at a book store and I felt that I couldnt breath. Then I got sweaty all over and started seeing spots. Then I lost my ability to hear and my hands went numb. I staggered out to my car and called dh. As I was sitting in the car I began to feel a bit better and came to. Then the cramping began. I got myself home and drank 3-4 bottles of water and layed down. The cramping went away and I started to feel better, but now Im freezing and shivering. I think I was def. dehydrated. Not sure if there is anything else going on. Will keep you posted.
