Same as Stacey, my kids wake up at night to feed but they don't tend to stay up. Alaina actually surprised me this morning because at 6:30 I got up to change her and she was wide awake, cooing and smiling and being a sweetheart. I thought she would want to be up for the day. I was still sleepy so I just let her lie on her play mat for awhile while I rested and then when she started wanting me again I brought her back to bed with me.

I do have occasional periods where I'll need to stick her in the swing for part of the night though--not often, but once in awhile. She's hardest to get calmed down to go to sleep in the first place but after I finally get her there she usually does okay. I have always sort of sucked at getting babies to go to sleep at night!
