Default Girl Scout Cookies (OT but funny)

OMG...ok, I got in all the girl scout cookies and I left them downstairs in our entry way.

I ordered a bunch and would give them to Joshua, my 2 1/2 year old, and not think about them again. Well last week, at 8 in the morning he came out eating a cookie. I asked him where he got it and he said that he had it under his bed. Upon quick inspection we found 3 or 4 other cookies. Thought, ok, he was just saving them for later.

Not sure if I mentioned this but when MIL was here I had 5 boxes of cookies of ours sitting on the counter. When we got home there was only 3. I asked her if she knew where they went and she didn't. I said that I bet Josh hid them and she said he didn't, argued with me about it...after all we left at 6 and he fell asleep on the couch at 7. So what did he do in between??

Last night I mentioned the cookies to DH and after dinner he asked the kids. Sky and Jay didn't know, Josh kept pointing under his bed. Looking under the bed we couldn't see anything. We finally inspected it and discovered that there was a hole in the black cover of the bottom of the box spring. We didn't find the two boxes of cookes under there. We found one row of the lemons, 4 of the peanut butter and chocolate cookies (just the cookies), and one of the peanut butter sandwich cookies...

Then we found 9 EMPTY BOXES.

9!!!! I am pissed because to cover the orders I have to give up my last boxes of cookies. But at the same time I find it incredibly funny. I will often give Josh three of something to share with the kids so he would take cookies to the kids and they wouldn't know that I didn't give it to him. At least he shared. The kid has gone through 9 boxes of cookies in 2 weeks though! DH said that he thought Josh looked like he was gaining weight.
