Hi Ladies!

Long story very short my son had croup this week and coughed so hard he got sick on our bedroom carpet RIGHT beside my side of the bed.....

So anyway, hubby tried his best to clean the carpet using carpet solution, water and our wet vac...but it's starting to REEK again (and I'm so sensitive to smells, I can hardly even type this it makes me so sick).

Any sure fire ways to get the smell out? It's not stained or anything. I think I'll have him rent a steam cleaner this weekend...but until then, any suggestions?????
