The Agony:Has or is anyone experiencing this?

From the very beginning i have had severe nipple pain. It was the main cause for concern leading to me taking a PT, the pain i isolated to my nipples and is the worst stinging and burning sensation i have ever felt. it feels as if they are being peeled open (sorry if that is a little graphic, but that is the only way to describe the severity). it happens at least twice a day for 30 minutes or more at a time and it stops me dead in my tracks. I have only found relief by using a heating pad. Anyone else have any suggestions?
