When does the paranoia end???

It seems that many of us on here have had m/c.........recent ones too. Mine was in April, I was supposed to be due in Dec., and was 7 weeks.

I'm wondering when my paranoia will end.......every time I go to the bathroom I'm checking and scared that I will see that same scenario again. It's terrible. Yesterday I had some light light spotting and I figured that was it, but it hasn't returned and never turned into AF. so I'm assuming it's implantation bleeding and will test again tomorrow morning (3 days after missing period).

I just want to know if any of you are experiencing some of the similar fears and what are you doing about it. I know when I pass that 7 week mark with this little one I'm going to just sigh a big sigh of relief!!!
