just wondering if anyone else has suffered from this in pregnancy and what if anything you can take to find some relief. i am pretty sure that is what i have, it started yesterday and is a shooting pain in my left hip that travels down my leg. it hurts when i lift up my leg to take a step.
i was thinking of taking a couple Tylenol but i thought id check first and see if anyone had any recomendations for pain relief.
any suggestions would be much appreciated!
