So I have
Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction. It hurts like hell. Rolling over in bed is horribly painful. Most mornings when I roll over my hips pop. Not a nice way to wake up.
I had my 20 week appointment today, and my doctor recommended I try a maternity belt. I asked about this on another board, and a few people who have had SPD all said that a belt didn't help them. It seems like my uterus is still very much internal, and it's just my regular fat tummy getting pushed out. All the baby kicking I can feel is VERY low, like right above my pubic bone. At my ultrasound on the 4th they said baby was transverse.
After I asked about getting a handicap parking permit

(which he didn't give me) he referred me to physical therapy.
