I just have to share what my dh did for me! He had been planning on a "room makeover" for our master bedroom. We've never decorated it or bought furniture. So, it was plain....boring and ugly, LOL! Well, since I went into labor early, I messed his plans up, but he was determined and got his family involved to help. While I was in the hospital after having Josiah, dh spent the next two days without any sleep, running around and making me a room worthy of a princess
It is gorgeous (his mom helped a lot, she does design work and stages homes).
The walls are painted a rich brown and green, he bought us a new bed and end tables, a huge decorative mirror, lots of "knick knacks"...a fun clock, candles, picture frames, big star for the wall, clock, curtains, pillows, throw for the bed, lamps. old fashioned laterns on the wall, etc. He also got a small, flat screen tv to hang on the wall. I cant even describe how perfect it is. He forgot to take a "before" picture, but literally we only had a bed and a beat up old table for a nightstand. I'll have to take a picture, I've messed it up a little bit
I'll try to share with you all! This was all a surprise, I had no idea and have no idea how they kept it a secret.
My dh gave me a big surprise :)
