Anyone already have ideas how they will share the news when you see the + sign? With DD there was nothing creative about telling DH or family...we actually took the test together. This time around I would like to do something creative for DH and for family.

No ideas here. I don't think anyone in our family is crazy about us having another one, so I thought about keeping it a secret for a while, but I probably won't be able to. With my other PGs I've pretty much tested without DH every time, so I think, since this will be our last, that we will test together. Hahaha.....not sure about that one either, though

I have a baby outfit that says Air Force Brat and I plan on giving that to DH when I tell him but he's convinced I'll just call him at work and blurt it out.

For our family we will probably just call and then mail some cards we found that say "Future Recruit On The Way"

Since my family lives so far away, I took the first ultrasound pic and put "Hi *insert name here, grandma, etc*" and emailed it to them LOL

Oh and with Mil and Fil with my last baby, we didn't tell them until I was about 16 weeks. When we down there, I was wearing a shirt that said "Does this baby make me look fat?" It took them awhile to get it LOL

Since I have had multiple losses, if I get pg this cycle, I don't plan to tell my family or DH Fam. until I reach the second trimester.

I normally don't wear any shirts that have sayings...but I love the pregnancy ones!! I think they are so cute! Yea, if I get pregnant this cycle we will have to tell family within a couple of days. My daughter and I will be flying to stay with my family for 10 days the first of July. I was thinking of getting off the plane with shirts

Now in the past....with DS#1 I gave my parents a baby photo album with a note inside that said "You can fill this with pictures of me sometime around April 12!" (his due date, of course). With DS#2 I got a white shirt and got some iron on letters and had it say "Big brother to "bee"....instead of the word "bee" I had a little iron on bumblebee. With DD she was such a surprise that we just told everyone....too bad, because her due date was Halloween and I probably could have come up with something cute....oh well.

We gave cards to our parents, with my first daughter it was a Congratulations card and inside said something about Congratulations on becoming Grandparents. With my second daughter we gave "Congratulations on your Promotion" cards that said something about getting a promotion to Grandparents of TWO since they'd done such a good job over the past 3 years. This time we'll probably stick with the card theme, but I'll have to come up with something creative!!

Dh was there when I took the test but we are trying to come up with a cute way to let everyone know. We have a 6yo so FIL has asked for years when we were having another (we didn't share our TTC problems with him) so we are thinking of a cool big brother t-shirt. I found one that I really like on cafepress but I've never ordered from them before. (Its the only child one in the middle of the 3rd row).

Well, after all our losses, DH and I won't be telling anyone for quite some time. We will probably enjoy the first trimester alone..hopefully the whole thing...and then tell people once we have moved into the second. We'll see how it works. I'm suppose to get u/s every week thanks to my high risk..so probably once we get good news I'll be through the roof! The first pg, my mom (who lives in the next state) looks at me and said "why won't you just tell me you're pregnant already." I was like 6 weeks! Moms!

I don't know how we'll tell everyone if we do catch it this cycle because I'm not sure how everyone will take it since I'm only 21 but we'll see. When I got prego with DS, my dh was with me when I test and then I told my mom first so she could go to the doctor with me to make sure I was prego before scheduling my first OB appt. I waited til I was almost 18 weeks to tell my dad but then him and my little brother went with me to the u/s where we found out we were having a boy!

I'm not sure how long it takes but I ordered yesterday and my order has already been shipped. I can't wait to get it.

Well, tonight I told DH.....

I am always taking pictures...so I went outside (he was pulling weeds for me ) and I pointed and started taking pictures and said "Do you see the gonnabeafadda? he said What and I pointed in his direction, past him and said "do you see the gonnabeafadda"? and he said "What is a gonnabeafadda"? and I said YOU ARE...it took him a minute to get it and then he said, How do you know? I took a test, he said it again and I said I took a test after you left this morning and he thought I was joking and we were laughing and he finally said...AWWW and hugged me and said, I'm so happy for us"...it was so super sweet and perfect.... ahhhh
