Back Pain Anyone?

Is anyone else having very excruiating back pain?? It hurts so bad that icyhot and hot showers, etc. don't work. And, the pain radiates from the lumbar to the trapezius muscle and back. Sitting just makes me want to cry and standing isnt a walk in the park either.
