5weeks prego!!!!!!!

Omg ladies I am experiencing so many different things such as nausea with no vomiting,slight cramping&lower back pain. I'm always tired and just want to lay down. The worst part for me is that my panties get wet for no reason and it scares me. I already have 2boy's! My husband&I are Soooooooo excited!!!!!!!!
