As for celeb sightings (you know, we’ll get the "important" stuff out of the way and then go to the actual winners)...Brooke Shields dazzled in a black gown, Whoopi Goldberg emceed, Marisa Tomei dazzled in a red strapless dress and "Weeds" star Mary Louise Parker looked stunning.
