As Madonna’s “Hard Candy” album hit the top of the charts in 27 countries including Billboard's Hot 100, the superstar has announced plans for a tour.

Madonna is hitting 18 arenas across North America as part of her tour that will take her to Japan, Europe and Australia. The U.S. portion of the tour begins October 3 in New York City’s backyard, East Rutherford, New Jersey. “I’ll be your one-stop candy shop give you all that I got,” Madge says in her tour announcement.

Nothing could be truer. Madonna is known for putting on spectacles more than concerts. Witnessing her in an arena format with her dance-hall friendly music of the last several decades will be visual and ear candy.
