I have three words for you: Hot, hot, HOT! Temperatures ave been rising and today is just straight-out blasphemy. I could not sleep at all last night it was so hot and I finally gave up and got out of bed sometime before 5 and stepped outside. Bad idea! I started sweating the second I stepped out the door. I've been going through water bottles and pray bottles like crazy and have to spend some f my own time in the pool before our practices begin or I am not going to make it through the day! A little bit of shade with 100+ temperatures does not make for a happy swim coach/pregnant mama. I am going to hate this summer, aren't I?
Spring has finally set in athough it is still freezing at night so too soon to plant flowers. It's really windy and gets into the upper 60's during the day.
I'm ready for summer, but spring is stil lingering. It's been in the mid-60s here, but cloudy ALL week, which makes for cabin fever!!! Hopefully summer will get here soon...

It's been warm here the past couple of weeks but the past couple of days have been around 72...just perfect. I think next week we will be back in the 80's.
Living in coastal Virginia, we have some pretty schizophrenic weather gods. Just as an example, it was in the low 50's and raining a few days ago. Yesterday it was 80 and sunny, an absolutely beautiful day. Today, upper 70's, but raining.
Its not unheard of this time of year to have one day that's 40 degrees & the next its 80 degrees.

I am in southern california and it is supposed to be about 100 - 105 degrees for the next couple of days then it cools down to 95 degrees. I love california but i cannot deal with this heat! especially being pregnant and sick i need to carry around my own private little swim pool

Ah, yes...it's been in the 100's here in the lone star state. We've already had our air on for the past month - ugh!! But needless to say, I'm ALWAYS hot!!! I wake up in the middle of the night and strip down to my undies and lay like a starfish wth no blankets. My poor husband is freezing b/c the air is set at 60 with ceiling fans blasting galore...Gotta love being preggers in the summer....

It's been raining so much recently, that we're mostly water logged. I'm in the mid-atlantic, and this time of year is great - 75-80 when it not raining, but recently it's been raining and in the 50s
I have to admit though, I'll take it over 100 degrees! We don't see that until Augst/September
