It was wonderful. The ladies did a beautiful job decorating our church fellowship hall. I had about 30 people come. (now I have to get on those thank you notes) I got so many nice things. I went with my mom early to walmarts to get some things for the food and she had me pick out my presents. She got me the pack and play that has the bassinet, changing table, and mobile. It's pink and grey. I got dh to set it up tonight and it is so pretty. She also got me the swing I wanted. (it's the full size fisher price nature one, that swings side to side or front to back) I was so surprised that she got me them both, but I was happy about it. One of my friends from church got me a travel system with the stroller and carseat. (again I was shocked at such an expensive gift) I got tons of adorable cloths, diapers, blankets, 3 diaper bags, wash cloths, a baby bath tub, toys, and my friend handmade me the most beautiful christening gown ever. It is so beautiful, she is extremely talented. It's very long and white lacey and she hand embroidered down the front a bouqet of flowers and hearts on the side. I'll post pics of it when I get them downloaded and resized.
It was a really nice day and I feel truly blessed by everyones generosity and love. Now I don't know how I'm going to contain myself for at least 6 more weeks! I keep going in there and looking at it all again and again.
