I decided I can't blame my lack of recent exercise on the cold weather, and needed to find solutions.
With temps in the high 20s and a whipping, cold, 20 mph wind, there is no way I can walk with DD outside, so we hit the mall this morning and did laps for about an hour (I was armed with Teddy Grahams so E behaved just fine!)
Then, when she was napping, I dusted off the ol' treadmill. I know, I can't believe it either. Last winter (Jan-March) I ran on it every morning during her nap, but got soo sick of it and never looked back. Today I walked for about 30 minutes. Not as fun as sitting on the couch with cookies, but I felt much better about myself!

Thanks for the motivation, Suzanne! Hopefully I'll keep it up, now that I've started, because I think walking was the reason DD came so early and quick, and hopefully this baby will follow suit!

(Extra motivation... I tried on maternity jeans at the mall today, 2 sizes bigger than I'd usually wear, and they were TOO TIGHT on my big butt! So, more walking and less cookies for me!)

Oh and one more thing... I can't drink coffee any more!? What happened?? I went from one cup every morning, to a few a week. And now, I'll make a cup or buy one and I have one sip and just don't want anymore. What's the deal with that??
