I know this board is somewhat dead, but I thought I would join...maybe someone will join in posting with me lol...

My name is Christi, and I am an Army wife. My husband is a Sgt. in the 82nd airborne. We have a son named Adrien, he was born August 8th last year. My DH did get to come home in time for the birth thank god. We have been married for 2.5 years, together for a little over 3. Luckily I am from Fort Bragg/Fayetteville area and my DH is from about 40 minutes from here, so we have all of our family close to us which is rare for a military family in this area. I am regular over on the BIA board, I love SK, all the girls are great.

Well I hope people post some more!

My hubby is airborne, too! We live here at Bragg. DH isn't 82nd though. So cool that there is another airborne wife on here!

I knew there had to be some of us on here lol Did your hubby just get back from a deployment?? Mine just got back from Afghanistan, he's been home for a little over a month...I really hate deployents.

Nope. Thankfully he has been able to be home for a year now (partly because I got pregnant right when he came home last may). His btn doesn't deploy to the middle east thankfully. Glad your hubby is home! There are so many people around here now that traffic is crazy! I'm sure you know what I mean.

YES I know about the traffic! Especially being a Fayetteville native, I can tell when they deploy or come home..the traffic either dies down or gets really bad, you dont even have to watch the news to know lol My Dh deployed when I was 2 months pregnant, but maybe it was a good thing because I was fat and miserable and everything annoyed me

I also am very very late posting.. but I just stumbled across this board today!!

My name is Renee and I am married to my DH Neal.. 7 years July 7th!! He is in the army.. a Ranger Instructor.. We are stationed at Fort Benning, GA and have lived here since January 2006...He is a lifer! a little over 8 more years until he can retire! We TTC for nearly 6 years.. finally had IVF # 1 last year and it worked!! I gave birth to our beautiful, precious little miracle baby boy on Feb 15th.. His name is Keighan Gabriel..

Nice seeing other military spouses here!!

Hi all. I am an army wife. Dh has 22 years in the army. We have been married just over 10 years, we have 5 girls, 1 son and are expecting again in Oct.
We are in Korea right now for a bit longer. I am from PA(central though).

Hey everybody,

I'm new here and joining this board, which I don't know the reason just feel like it. I'm 24 years old and don't have a husband, but do have a boyfriend. We been dating for 5 years and 2 months. We are having a blast since I'm an active person which I go running a lot and a lot of sports. Don't plan to marry anytime soon unless is asked ^.^ and hope to enjoy everybody here.
