I am so upset today!!!

I went for my very early u/s this morning and I know that a few of you really sweet girls said not to get disappointed if I dont see anything because it was so early. So after like 10 mins he tries again with my bladder half full nothing, he asked a million times about LMP spotting, everything like he didnt believe I was pregant. I got the impression that he felt I jumped the gun or something though the doctor asked for this, not me. so he did an internal one and after asking again when my first BFP was and when my LMP was then never said anything else. I dont know if there is anything there or if it is in the right spot or anything and I have to wait for a doctor to call me when the report comes to them...

I also stopped at the clinic that monitors my chronic illness and even after 3 positive home tests last week they insist on running a blood one and will not yet agree that I am even pregnant. I said well we can wait for the blood one but I obviously am after 3 + last week and she said "well we'll see" we'll see...? why the hell would you say that to someone....

Now I am so unsure about even being pregnant that I want to take another home test today to just see the II again....

I can't believe a place that deals with women in your situation would treat someone like that!

Hi I m lurking for DIO and I honestly cannot believe that they would say that to you. I have never had an early ultrasound so I can't really shed any light on that BUT when I went in for a blood test to 'confirm' my pregnancy after 2 positive home tests the nurse said 'if you got a positive at home your pregnant hunny, congrats'

I know!!! I went to walk-in last week because my chronic illness clinic insisted on a blood one... so when I went in this super sweet lady doctor said what can I do for you... and I said I am pregnant.... she fantastic did you have a + hpt and I said I had 3 and she said great congrats what do you need me for sounds like you confirmed it already..... I explained and she happily wrote the req for the blood one... the results havent got to the doctor or something so hence re-doing it through my clinic today....

BUT I mean after 2-3 people seeming to doubt this it has made me question things... I am doing a hpt again tonight to make me feel better and waiting for the snot to call with my BFP blood test!!!!

I was told the same thing with my last pregnancy if the home pg test says + then you are. I hope you get your phone call soon. Keep us posted!

I know I am paranoid but I decided to test again... one with a CLearblue and the other a dip strip....

HONESTLY HOW CAN I NOT.... my + on the CB came up before I threw out the wrapper....

I cannot figure how to attach pictures but both were both + within 30 seconds....

I AM PREGANT DAMN IT!!!

Don't be disheartened by the ultrasound though. Early on there is really nothing to see. I had early ultrasounds with my last two pregnancies and saw absolutely nothing - then a week later, saw a heartbeat for both of them. Hang in there, pregnancy is all about being forced to hurry up and wait

I really think you are just too early on to see anything yet. Give it 2 weeks and you will see more.

You most definitely are............again the difference of a day or two can affect what you see in a u/s, and plus too, your beta needs to reach a certain level, maybe 5000 ( I think) in order for the sac to appear. Relax, easier said than done, and can't wait to hear your beta tomorrow! Damn docs!

I agree with PP's. It is too early to see anything on an u/s. I would be upset too if I were you but don't let their ignorance and rudeness get you down.

I dont know what beta levels are... all i know is they did a serum pregnancy test... So i want them to call today and say congrats you are pregnant and I will say DUH... we were almost going to stop all our plans to tell our parents this weekend but I decided we still would if I can get the serum test back before Friday

They should get your results by the next morning, so call and ask for your results. They might think you're annoying, but who cares??

Nice to meet you too, and all the other girls are right home pregnancy tests don't give false positives!! Especially not over and over!! When I hear other womens stories about being treated the way you were and it makes me sick!! This is a happy and exciting time and to be honest we all worry enough without having healthcare providers treat us like crap!! I would not be worried that they didn't see anything at under 5 weeks (personally I ve had to wait until 12 weeks with both my son and this baby for an ultrasound) Keep your head up and I ll be looking for an update from you!! All the best!!
