It is hard for me to believe, but my little Sara Kate is fast approaching her 1st Birthday!!!
I am feeling sad, but excited for all the achievements she has made!
Birth: 11-18-08 * 6lbs 10ozs * 18.5 inches
9 Month: 9-9-09 * 19lbs * 28.6 inches
