Alot of these online novelty places are one size maternity in shirts. I've got several from different places and they are all about the same size and I would compare them to a Small maternity. They will last me ince wore small with my pregnancies to the end. I will take a pic in a bit with me standing of one that isn't washed yet (I haven't had one shrink) so you can see how long it is..

Also they are meant to show your bump so they aren't loose as you grow. If you look at the ladies in the pics you can see the shirts stretch.
