I think her last post was around May 25th or something like that. I did look at her profile and noticed she was last on, on the 15 or 16th. I really hope nothing happened and I hope she knows that we're thnking of her ((HUGS))

Sorry to cause a scare. I finally decided to come back and try to get back into this and started flipping back through incase there was a post like this.
I am finally starting to do better. I was throwing up until 17 weeks and having some issues with my diet and weight. With PKU it is so hard to eat the exact grams of protein and calories at the same time.
So here is an update. My PKU levels have been ok, some weeks a little higher than they would like but that is mostly because of lack of calories. As the NVP stopped I stopped the medication for it and was hoping things would improve. I have been struggling for 2 weeks with my lack of appietite, only eating 1/2 to 2/3s of what I used to, even when I was nauseated.
I was taken to the ER 2 fridays ago with massive pain in my pelvis on the left side. They thought I was having contractions but they blamed it on stress and said that my digestive system was out of wack. I was on bedrest for 2 days and have set up with work to take a day off a week and work from home when I can.
I had an OB highrisk appt and us at the end of June and they are concerned I lost another kg in 3 weeks when I havent been throwing up.
The US went great, they did an echocardiogram and level 2 and both turned out perfect (no abnormalities) and the baby was only 2 days behind for the EDD of November 19th. Larry was able to come with me which was great and we found out together we are having a boy! He really wanted a boy. So I am slowly working on getting a room ready for little Lawrence Graham.
Sorry I havent been in I have been so stressed about my levels and diet and stupid dietician that I just stopped doing everything. I was so tired and depressed but things are picking up. I know I have missed a lot I am trying to catch up
Congrats on little Larry! My OB's name is Lawrence and he calls all the babies he delivers "Little Larry" even if they're girls. HAHA. My DD was Little Larry and so were all my nephews. You're brave making him a IV! My brother was a III and the confusion w/ my dad and his names were crazy. Anyways glad to hear from you and that you seem to be doing a bit better.
