Hi Everyone!

This seems crazy early to be posting this, but it's on my mind. How do you plan to announce your pregnancy to family? Or how have you done it in the past?

We plan to tell our parents in the next week or so. We know it's early, but we'd tell our parents if something went wrong anyway, so we might as well share our exciting news. I've also been very tired and am starting to feel a little icky and since we are close with both sets of parents and see them often, I feel like they'll start to figure it out anyway.

My daughter is 18 months so we of course want to involve her in the announcement. I've always said that I wouldn't do the “big sister” shirt thing, because it's so common, but that's the only idea I have! Any other suggestions? Help!
