and I've had it since last Wednesday. But I couldn't share our news until we told our Moms. It was their Mother's Day gift.

We went to fetal fotos and had an u/s done and they put it on DVD for us. Dh's mom watched the video at our house. My mom had to read my blog.

But we found out what we are having...

A BOY!

As far as my reaction, I came home and cried that day, and by the next day I was over the moon happy about it! After all, I've done this before and I just happen to think I'm blessed with some of the most special and wonderful little boys out there! It was good to allow myself to admit I wanted a daughter and then allow myself to cry about it. But I also love my newest son!

Oh my goodness! God really has a plan for you with all those boys. It takes a pretty special person to raise boys. And I think he chose a great person! I can understand the dissapointment in not having a girl. I think it is only natural. But you have been blessed with 6 wonderful boys! I am so happy for you!

Oh and this was really the neatest thing we could have done for them.

I really need to tell the rest of the story.

We put in the video for MIL and she was crying, thought it was so, so neat to be able to see the baby. And then she gasped when the video was still and the tech typed those words, and she started to cry!

Now, my mom didn't even know I was pregnant yet. I live near SLC Utah and she lives outside of Sacramento, CA. I saw her at Easter but didn't look pregnant yet. So I posted it on my blog. She kept saying..."what are you trying to tell me! what are you trying to tell me!?"

I told her to keep reading and that's when she read it's a BOY! And she was just so giddy with joy! They were the first to know, and we had to keep it to ourselves so they would know that.

I'm so glad we did this for them, it turned out really well!

Your boys will grow up being the best of friends, and this baby will no be left out in the least. My dad had 5 brothers as well and they are so amazingly close it touches my heart every time I see it. congrats!!!

I told a woman the other day that I was sure I was having another boy and she said there is a special place in heaven for the mother of 3 sons...so I can only imagine your place would be beyond special!! Enjoy your newest son for he will complete your family!!
