Shower for second time mom?
My son will be turning six by the time this moose is born and my best friend is insisting on throwing a shower for me....combined with my first's age, his father and I are divorced and his dad kept a lot of the baby stuff (high chair, travel system) for use with his new wife's baby. I feel really awkward but at the same time I can see - six years later is it really that tacky to have a shower?
I told her the only way it will happen is if I don't know a thing about it but I'm already stressing myself out that "people will talk."
Anyone have any experiences with this? Hosting/going/receiving?
