I am so excited!! On Saturday, while I was at my Sister Bridal Shower, DH started on the nursery. He took down all the old trim and after I got home we started to prime the walls. (Im not really sure how "bad" it is to be painting but I guess people do worse while pregnant - how many of you help with the nursery painting?). We did a second coat later on that night although I didnt help this time cause the smell was getting to me. We bought all new trim, the PINK paint, and then Sunday rolled around and I went shopping with my mom. She bought the crib, mattress, dresser/changer combo, and the bedding. Hopefully with the long weekend, we can finish painting and start moving some stuff into the room!! i am suuppperrr excited.

Heres what we bought:

ANDDDD.... we pick up our chair this week to. I have to call today to pay it off and we can pick it up in a couple of days!! Instead of spending the $500 on a glider/ottoman we decided to purchase a smaller recliner (not too small, still VERY comfy) and for $400 and just put it in our basement when we dont want it in her room anymore! Its all feeling so real. Although we will still have 4 months ahead of us, I know its going to go by super fast and with it being summer we are soooo busy!! yayyyyy!!!
