I went out to lunch and ate a huge salad that was just covered with... feta cheese. mmmm.... forbidden cheese... it was delicious.

After struggling with miscarriages and infertility for two and a half years, we were finally able to get pregnant with IVF, and Henry John was born on August 14, 2006.







We are pregnant with # 2 and it's a girl! Rose Mary is scheduled to be delivered via c-section on October 6.

No worries...I just had a bacon double cheeseburger, fries and coke from BK...and a strawberry shortcake blizzard from DQ for dessert. I am so far off the wagon I can't even see it in the distance! That should make you feel better about the salad!!!!

I've eaten feta throughout all 3 of my pregnancies. It's my favorite cheese on salads, in omlets, etc. It's the thing I have a hard time staying away from during pregnancy.

I had a piece of fudge brownie cheesecake and 1:30 am last night!! I woke up and was STARVING and that's the only thing that sounded good.
I gained 7 pounds at this last appt so I really need to start watching what I eat!

I bought a huge thing of feta from Costco and have been having it with salads and quesadillas. To be honest, I thought were weren't "allowed" any soft cheeses just at the beginning of the pregnancies. Who knew that it was for the entire pregnancy?! And I haven't been taking my prenatals - I keep forgetting!

I don't like it at all, but wow, I bought 3 kinds of ice cream at the store this week!!! I think prenatals are automatic for me now...I've been on them for like 2 years now--pop them first thing in the am...I am probably addicted!

Now, Terran and I need to have an ice cream cone!!!

Yesterday was my worst day yet. I ate a rice crispy treat for breakfast, 2 32oz mountain dews (which kept me up a long long time), french fries, small plate of speghetti and a DQ hot fudge suday with marshmellow and strawberry toppings with extra hot fudge.

nothing wrong with most feta we get in North america...unless you are getting it at a a european food market it will be pasturized...and it's fine to eat if it's pasturized.

MMMM.....love love love Feta on salads!! I had Taco Bell for dinner with a large Pepsi! Oh and DH and I shared a carton of Banana Split ice cream the other day. Actually, he just had a little bit of it..I ate most of it LOL!
