Now that we've got the
s rolling in, I thought a chatty thread would be a good idea, so that we can get to know each other a bit better. It takes me a while to remember names, SK user names, and everyone's story, but this might help (and maybe in the future we can do a picture thread, too... I find it so much easier to remember everyone if i can picture their face in my head!)

Any fun ways to share the baby news with your friends/family?
Not much going on here this weekened, except we'e going to my brother's house tomorrow to visit with him, his wife, and their fresh-out-of-the-oven newborn!
I think I've decided how we'll share the news. My nephew's birthday (he'll be 7, and LOVES babies, especially his cousins) is the beginning of March. At his party I'll be about 8 weeks. I think I'll sign the card "Auntie Laura, Uncle Tim, Evangeline, Atticus, and baby cousin". See if he figures it out!
Also, the wedding I'm in in the fall is one week sooner that was originally planned... the 8th now, not the 15th. So I'll either have a week old baby, be in the hospital, or be on the verge of labor. (most likely option #1 as my kids have all been almost two weeks early). Don't know what I'm going to do about the bridesmaid dress. Maybe just order it a few sizes too big and hope I can squeeze into it? I have no idea what to do...
