The Tyra Banks Show
I just love watching this tv show during my lunch breaks!! The Tyra show is geared for a female audience and its great. This show can be very informational and if you love Americas Next Top Model, you'll love this show as well. Tyra Banks is the host and sometimes she'll bring on past winners of ANTP or she'll bring on psychologists. I guess I would say its like Ophra but for a more younger audience.
