Almost forgot ... for the liason fans ... Liz and Jason have a night out at The Floating Rib (I can totally get behind Luke's desire to change the name but really can't stand the new name. I know it has PC history and all but blech!). Anyway, she tries to convince him to continue to be there for Sam and to give Sam time to forgive him. He explains about sending the goons to beat up McBain. She says they will never know whether the baby would have lived if they had gotten to the hospital sooner or not. She actually brings up Sam watching their baby be kidnapped and watching them suffer. Sam was forgiven and she can forgive Jason given time. He doesn't seem convinced.

John said goodbye to Sam and told her his warrant had expired and he was returning to Llanview. He told her the story of his sister (this is actually before he hears Sonny's version). She talked about the fact that she never figured out why he seemed so familiar and hugged him goodbye.
