Default yeast infection?

Anyone have a yeast infection while pregnant? I do now. Haven't had one before. I guess it's not a big deal, just itchy. I read that sometimes it doesn't go away easily during pregnancy, but we will see after I do the 3 day cream stuff.

I have. I actually had like 3 when I was PG with DS. I was on antibiotics for dental work and they caused me to get them.

I was told that I could only use the 7 day stuff.... but that was 4 years ago, so... it could be different now.

I will say though..... the last one I had.. I was 38wks 6 days preggo with DS. I put the thingy in for the night, and went and layed down.... and about 15 mins later.. my water broke.

Now.... I'm pretty sure I would have gone into labor the next day on my own (as my Dr had told me he was sure I'd have the baby before my due date), but I think it was the yeast medication (the little insert) that caused my water to break. Fine with me though!!

Also... after I delivered... the infection was totally gone.

Oh my gosh! That is scary. I know I was afraid to put it in. Glad to know it went away after the birth. I hope this goes away soon. Thanks for the info.
