right so when i was six weeks two days pregnant i went for a scan to check for a heartbeat because i was a little worried beacause i spotted for an hour after intercourse (sorry to go into details) well i had the scan and they saw a healthy six weeks sac but no h/b which was very very upsetting and now im 8 weeks and have a follow up tomz to see if they can see the heartbeat for a second time but what if they cant and im not pregnant anymore of ive had a misscarriage but havent noticed i dont think i have m/c due to no blood after spotting and symtoms carrying on (woop woop morning sickness) is this just nerves or should i be genuienly worried please someone reassure me im really sad
