Kind of a funny story....

One of DH's old girlf's found him on MySpace this past fall, she sent us a Christmas card, we linked out family blogs... started leaving comments to eachother... kinda became friends. LOL She just had a baby last week, #3 for them, just like us. They live in LA... just several hours from us.

Anyhow.... I had left her a comment on how cute her mat dresses were a few weeks ago. And she emailed me saying she would sned them to me. LOL

So..... today I got a package from her. She sent me like..... 10 dresses and shirts. SOO cute!! AND... she makes really cute baby hats and stuff and she sent me a little hat for the baby, and a little diaper pocket. It holds wipes and diapers so you can just take that places, instead of the whole diaper bag. She even put some diapers and a pack of wipes in there.

It kinda drives DH nuts that we are becoming friends. LOL She kinda broke his heart, and he never really forgave her. hahahaha

Anyhow, I offered her a free newborn photo session to, so.. hopefully I'll actually get to meet her IRL soon. lol

VERY CUTE STUFF! Now...

Teach me how to do that. I was really good friends with this girl from his home town. I even asked her to direct our wedding. Found out 3 months later that she and dh dated, and now can't even stand to hardly look at her! I really don't want to dislike her, but I can't get over it! I've tried and tried and tried. They were still friends, but now he knows he better not even try and talk to her! I've never been jealous with anyone other than him. It's all out of love. He's pretty much the same way with me although we DON'T like to talk about it...neither of us.

They dated YEARS ago, like 3 years or so before we even met. (and we've been together 9 years). She's married, with 3 kids, and I really don't think she has any interest in DH anymore. At least I hope not.. hahaha

He's still a little sore on *how* she ended things. I guess they had been dating his freshman year in college, she was a senior in HS. He had been going to school in Utah (where she lived), and went home for a few weeks after his classes ended, but told her he'd be back for her HS graduation. Well... he came back after like 2 or 3 weeks, and she just totally blew him off. He drove 8 hours back to Utah from Cali to see her, and she wouldn't even aknowledge him. Kinda funny... as I can see myself doing the same thing.

But... DH was pretty peeved, and has had issues letting it go I guess. haha. Boys can be such babies. I really think she is the only ex-girlf that he has "issues" with. There were a few gals he dated before he met me that actually came to our wedding. I had no problem with it. I had a few of my ex's at our wedding to.

I have never really been the jealous type, so... I don't see the big deal. Oh well.. LOL I actually kinda get a kick out of the fact that it bugs him. hee hee
