I had an appt today. My blood pressure was a little high at 154/86 with a trace of protein in my urine. They did my group b strep test and dr. checked my cervix. He says there is no dialation but that it has moved forward and was "softening/mushy" so my body seems to know that it is supposed to start doing something soon. I asked about the baby's position (I had external versions in my last two pregnancies) and he said he thought he felt the baby's head. He said he would check me each week until I deliver and if there is even a chance that the head is not down we will do an u/s. I go back next Thurs. and will be 36 weeks 6 days.
