well he planned a mother's day cookout at his moms house and then invited my parents and siblings too (which really tipped me off, but of course i couldnt let him know i had any idea ) and then right in the middle of everything he dropped to one knee and asked me to marry him.... whats really funny is that he is extremely shy and a very emotional guy (tho he'd never admit it!) so his eyes teared up before he even got the box out of his pocket lol very quick and sweet, which is how i would prefer it anyway ^.^ he was worried later that maybe i wanted him to make more of a production out of it
