Well.......I thought today my mother and I where going to spend some time together but at last minute as always she comes up with something...she wanted to go shopping with my sister in law...she likes her better than me...I have learn to deal with it...I love my sister in law and it drives her crazy that my mom is always up her butt, but she is to nice to say anything...I just wish I had a mom that could just be there for me...we have talked about this and she just blows me off and saids that at least she is in my life and that her mom wasn't...I usually do not get that upset b/c I am so use to this but today I cried like a baby and I am still hurt tonight...I just want a mommy
Oh Angie, I can empathize.
That is certainly enough to make you feel crushed.
It is so disappointing when people are insensitive and it's ESPECIALLY painful when it our own mother!
I'm not high on my mom's priority list either and it's a very difficult thing to deal with.
The one good thing is that I know you think about how your mother has let you down and I'm sure you are a much better mother to Olivia.
