Side sleeping
I noticed last night that my heartburn is 10 times worse if I lay on my right side. If I flip to my left side it isn't bad, and I can actually sleep. But my left side gets sore
So then I noticed that if I lay on my right side I can feel every move he makes on my bladder. I have to pee more if I am on my right side.
So I am trying to talk my body into not being sore so I can just lay on my left side tonight.
Am I a freak? Has anyone else noticed a side that is best?

Re: Side sleeping
I am having trouble with both sides. They both hurt like crazy from only laying on them.
They say the left side is the best for everything. I try to sleep on that as much as possible. I am so ready to be able to sleep any way I want again.

Re: Side sleeping
Left side is bad, right side is worse. And I sleep with 3-4 pillows and a wiggly toddler
Heart burn is better if I have milk or ice cream before bed though!

Re: Side sleeping
My right side seems to be better for heartburn - and I feel the baby move alot more if I'm on this side too - but my right hip gets so sore I constantly toss and turn. I second Sunny though - milk, soy milk or ice cream before bed definitely helps with the heartburn. Even seems to keep it away most of the following day.

Re: Side sleeping
Yeah, sleeping isn't happening here, either...

Re: Side sleeping
Yep, each side starts to get sore after a while. I am constantly switching sides. And I am sleeping with not only one but TWO kids in the bed with us. And they both gravitate towards me. So, dh has this hugs part of the bed all to himself. Lucky guy!

Re: Side sleeping
Both sides are bad, but I seem to sleep better on my right side....until my hips start hurting. Then I usually end up getting up and sleeping in the recliner.
