Just at home. You can google acupressure for labor and that should pull up some YouTube videos and web pages with info on how it's done. Only one spot really seems to work for me.
By the way, I had another round of false labor today. An hour of contractions 4-6 minutes apart. I know it's different than BH because BH usually last 1.5 minutes, 10-20 minutes apart, and the false labor ones are only 30 seconds and a lot closer together. Oddly enough, the BH are much more uncomfortable.... Oh well, it's all in preparation for the big day right?!
