I fell like right now, my family and I just can't win. It is hard enough dealing with my grandfather passing, and now in the same week my mom gets hospitalized for her kidneys. For the average person a major kidney infection gets better and away they go. My mom's kidney's have been starting to fail for a while. She has the kidney's of an 80 year old man, and is now very very sick. She wants to be here for my Grandma, and is very upset that she can't. I just want her to get better. She's been asking for grandchildren for a long time now, and has only 5-6 weeks to wait to finally have that come true. I am hoping and praying that this infection has not done further damage, and she'll be ok. Also my packing help of my in laws is put on hold as they have Norwalk. I can't be around that at all. Please pray for my mom.
Poor thing. You know that they say when it rains it pours. I hate that is actually happening to you!
Your mom will be in my prayers and please keep us updated!
Are they going to do dialisys(sp?).

Thanks everyone. We don't know if Dialysis is needed yet, she has more tests to go through. They are releasing her to go to my Grandpa's funeral, under the condition she goes to the hospital there for her medications. At least she will get to have that closure. I will keep you all informed as to what is going on, and I sure hope that no more bad news comes my way.
I'm so sorry she is dealing with this and hope she makes a speedy recovery.
Sorry to hear about your inlaws too...your family is really dealing with a lot right now.
