Default I can breathe a sigh of relief...

Unlike with Caroline getting motivated to buy the necessities has been difficult. I think I had everything ready for her by 5 months, but I'm REALLY lagging behind for Griffin. After my Doc appt Thursday (which went well) I decided to head to Babies R Us and get the car seat just in case I get put on bedrest or something else happens. I was starting to stress about it and since we should be getting our stimulus check Friday I decided to go ahead and get the rest of what I needed. I still need to get a changing pad for the changing table because I forgot my SIL tossed the one she had for both nephews which I used for Caroline and I think I want to get one more of the quilted pack n play sheets, but neither of those are necessities. Now if we can get the nursery done in the next 3-4 weeks we'll be SET! I can't believe I'm about to have a newborn in the house again, and a boy at that. I always pictured myself with two girls!

Well I'm glad you feel more prepared now.
I'm looking forward to our stimulus check too...but we have most of what we need.
I was super-charged earlier in pregnancy and got the nursery done early etc but the past couple of weeks I have been a bit unmotivated to do the final tasks.
Well I decided today I better get on it! These babies will be here before we know it!

That is a relief! I look forward to getting everything ready for this little one. Even though I am a good 10 weeks away, I would like to have the closet and bedroom reorganized to fit all of the baby clothes (we co-sleep, so the 2 kids sleep with us - we just use their "upstairs play room" for housing their clothes). :giggle Sounds like you are on the right track!

Man I wish we have even started getting everything ready, lol. I have to wait until we get it all moved and then I'll have like 4 weeks before my due date to get it all done. You certainly are more prepared than I am that's for sure. I think I'll pick up a few things this week, just to put my mind at ease. It sounds like you are doing great!!

I wish I felt the same! I still have a list of things to get done... mostly home-repair stuff, lol, so I GUESS life would go on if he came today... but still!! I feel SO unprepared!

I wish I had as much stuff done! We still have to do Jack's room but my DH swears it will be done in a month. I am starting to worry but he swears he does better under pressure. Men!!

Glad you got some stuff done.

Isn't it a wonderful feeling to be almost done. I am the same way. Plus I also pictured myself with two girls.

Thankfully we are done. The only thing I really have left to do is pack the bags for all of us
