I've been readmitted to the hospital. I didn't feel good all day... major back pain and just felt blah. We ordered pizza & just as soon as I sat up to eat, I felt a gush.
Unfortunately it was blood. I've been bleeding ever since then, around 5:30 this afternoon.
The baby is fine. We had an ultrasound, baby & placenta looks good. My cervix is still closed where the baby's head is (head down) so when we asked the Dr what his thoughts were on what's causing the bleeding, he said 'I don't know'. So, we have no answers. Things could always be worse, but I just wish we knew what was going on.
Just thought I'd post & let you girls know what's going on.

OMG, how scary!! I'm sorry you are having to go through this! I really hope you guys get some answers soon!! Hang in there girl and stay cookin Gavin!!
Oh Erica I am so sorry to hear that. How scary. I hope the doctors can figure out what is going on so you can come home soon. I am so glad the baby is fine though. That is great news.

I hope the figure it out a woman in my other DDC had bleeding like that, I think they said she'd burst a blood vessel in her cervix which was no big deal, just super scary looking. (Think, nose bleed in your vagina )

Thanks Ladies. Here's a little update. Still don't know why I am bleeding. Really, seems like there should be no reason for it. So, we still don't have answers. My dr came in this morning to tell me she is going to keep me over night tonight so they can do more bloodwork in the morning. My hemoglobin is low. They told me I think around 12+ is normal. Mine is down to an 8.8. If my levels go up, I should be able to go home tomorrow.
I just wish we had some answers though. Anyway, I'll keep you girls posted as we find out more.
