How is everything going? What do you have left to get done? I am just dying seeing all the beautiful baby pics being posted, I can't wait to hold my little guy.


I am trying to stay busy to keep my mind off of feeling so rotten but it feels like the days are going by so slowly. I have been having some panic attacks due to OT issues and that is kicking my BUTT! I woke up this morning from a dead sleep with the worst pain in my right upper thigh, right were it connects to my torso. I think I pulled something trying to roll over. My son has his 6th Birthday party this weekend at the lake and I have been told I can't go by my Dr. because it is over an hour away. He wanted this so much so I can't say no but I'm sure going to miss it

I can't believe in just 7 days ( or less ) I will be kissing baby toes!!!

My due date is in 4 days and I have a feeling i'm going to make it pat that. I am so anxious to hold and see my baby girl. Everything is packed and ready just waiting for her to decide to make her grand entrance. My doc said she wants to induce me on the 28th if nothing happens before then and Im just hoping I dont have her on my birthday (July 30) LOL It would be a perfect birthday gift but I dont think I want to be pushing out a baby on that day. LOL

I'm doing okay as well. My due date is fast approaching, but maybe we'll go past it as well. Yesterday I got a little scare at my Dr. appt. when he checked the heartbeat. He said it was a little slow and wanted me hooked up to NST. After being on that awhile, all was good. I go in for another one on Saturday to keep an eye on the little guy. I thought I might be induced due to the low heartbeat yesterday, but not so much. Dr. asked if I wanted to be induced this weekend, but I decided I'd wait.

Still here! Going to the MW on Monday and will ask to be induce that Friday, we will see what she says! been having cramps off and on this whole week, lost all of my plug with blood show and still nothing! Going to a play tonight watch her decide to come then!

Still here! Go to the doc today for a BP check. If it is still high I'm going to ask about an induction because I don't think it will go down. I'm just in so much pain everywhere and I think that is a major contributer to the BP thing. Still having BH off and on and my gosh they are painful.....not looking forward to the real thing! I hope they check my cervix today and there is some progress.....there had better be as I keep feeling like a knife is stabbing me down there!
Going to see Batman today if I feel up to it to keep me distracted. Hope everyone is doing well.

I'm still here too and starting to suspect that I really will have an August baby! I had my 39 week appt. yesterday and nothing has changed. My dr. even said she'd be willing to let me go over 42 weeks as long as everything was going ok! I've just been trying to relax and clean house and stay cool. Luckily the weather has cooled off here a bit the last few days. Maybe this full moon tonight will get things moving along for some of us!

I'm still here too - although I'm MIA most of the time. I was nesting last weekend and this week I've felt completely exhausted! Today's the first day that I've felt like doing anything other than lay on the couch. My amniotic fluids were up at my last appointment - which had been a concern. Everything else looked ok too. I only progressed from 1 cm to 1 1/2 cm though. Tons of contractions these past few days so hopefully that means I've progressed further. I'm still drinking tons of extra water to keep the amniotic fluids up. We'll see what all is going on at my appointment Wednesday. If my fluid level goes down at all they'll induce me.

It was ok. I'm close to 2cm dilated and 70% effaced so I am making progress. My BP was up again (big shocker) and came back down after laying down for a little while. My doc isn't thinking about inducing me at this point since my BP goes down while laying down.....so more bedrest He did give me some ambien as I started crying due to lack of sleep, so hopefully it will help. I've never taken it before so I am going to start with a half dose and see how it goes. Made DH take me to the movies and dinner to distract me from these contractions......worked. Now I'm back and home and hurting again. Go back to the doc on Tues.

I have been having some strong BH's all day but they go away when I rest so I am sure they are noting doing much. I can't sit still either...lots of cleaning getting done. I ran into DH's boss at the store today right as I was leaning onto a shelf to catch my breath, I think he got the picture that hubby might be going on leave any time now. HA!

I've definitely been having more BH and cramping and lower back pain. I'm hoping that means progress! Most of my cleaning around the house is done. A few little things here and there, but otherwise all set. I'm getting to the point where I don't know what to do with myself until this little one shows up!

Still having some pretty intense BH, but not many. I DTD last night too, didn't feel anything different. Of course, won't be doing that today as DH is being a big jerk! At least I have ice cream to make me feel better!

I am having some AF type cramps and lower back pain too now. Hubby just got home from DS's party and I am pigging out on cake.

OT my MIL is BIG into psychics and just swears the baby is going to stay put until the 25th...I would love to prove her wrong just this one time( she was right about the birth date and sexes of all the kids so far).

Ugh. I'm right there with you ladies...DTD...not working. Just waiting. I think the most annoying part now is when all my friends/family call asking if I'm having a baby yet. Um ya...I just forgot to tell you...

Tami...I know what you mean. Between co-workers, friends, and family calling to find out if I've had the baby or if it's coming soon, I'm beyond annoyed!! My mother even told me to call her if I have "a little pain". I had to explain that I would be calling her every 2 seconds if I was going to do that! LOL. I know everyone is just excited, but I'll tell them when I'm good and ready to tell them - but first I have to wait for baby to make an appearance - "so just leave us alone for a few minutes why don't you?" Is what I'd like to say. Instead, I say nothing yet. no changes since the last time I talked to you, sent you an email update, etc. I dread answering my phone these days, and in fact let it go to voice mail more than I should and "forget" to call people back. I feel awful doing it, but it keeps me sane!

OMG, I slept like CRAP. My hips and lower back are killing me. I am sure something is going on but I don't know if I will be going into labor before my c-section on Friday. Has anyone gone into labor W/O having bloody show or spotting?

I'm pretty sure I did with my first...I don't remember having any bloody show or spotting or mucus plug.

Oh ya, and Michelle- when people ask about the baby I now give them birth stats, "Oh, ya...8lbs 8 oz. 21 inches long...etc." Then I tell them, "I'm joking and trust me, I'll let you know!!!"

I have basically stopped answering the phone. And as much as I am dying to leave the house I haven't been going to church for that reason, and also all the discomfort I am in. I know people mean well, but it is so annoying!
I woke up with some pretty horrible low back pain today. Have no idea if it will turn out to be anything....here's hoping!

OMG! I hear ya on this one!! Everyday we have so many calls mostly from family and close friends. HELLO?? Do you really think we won't call and tell you when I'm in labor? I told Dh I'm getting thisclose to just not answering my phone anymore. I never thought I'd be so close to the end of the month, but apparently this little guy is entirely to cozy in there. I went to yoga yesterday morning in hopes of dropping him down a little, but other than some small contractions and a bit of pressure, nothing is going on.
