Default Cramping Question

I am cramping again and I don't know if I should be seen or not.

2 1/2 weeks ago I went to the doctor with bad cramping, it had been off and on for almost a week at that point and I'd gone to the hospital where they ran a bunch of tests and did an ultrasound and said nothing was out of the ordinary. My doctor said that much cramping was concerning so she did a urinalysis, prescribed antibiotics and said to come back to see her if the cramping got worse or was accompanied by bleeding. She then put me on 10 days off work to rest.

Now, I am supposed to go back to work tomorrow but since last night I've been cramping again. It's all in my pelvis, where as before it was back and lower stomach like menstral cramps. This time its all behind the pelvic bone.

I went to bed last night with cramping and woke up in the night with severe hip pain and I think I was crampy but wasn't sure because my hips hurt so bad. Today the cramping was gone but now it's back, all behind my pelvic area. I know I am a bit constipated, could that be causing this??

I don't know if I should go to the ER or not. My doctor isn't in until Tuesday and doesn't have an on call service. I don't want to over react but I don't want to do nothing if this is a sign of trouble. (My antibiotics for what was "a bit of something" on the urinalysis will be done tomorrow.)
