Baby Acne
We've got either a nasty rash, or a bad case of baby acne!! I'm going to take Ethan to the ped to verify which it is....everything I've read says acne is on the face......the timing is right for it to be baby acne, but it's all over his face, neck, his head is covered, upper torso (front and back) and part of his upper arms.
My other two didn't have anything like this...so I'm not sure what it is.....
