You ever have those times when you feel like the only one listening to you is you? I guess I'm having one of those times right now. You'd think I'd just hang it up and stop talking about Biggest Loser. I mean it's just another dumb Reality Show right? But this show just moves me so much so I keep wanting to share. Someday someone will want to chat about it


New season is starting on Tues. And I just saw this clip online that makes me sad, but hopeful. This poor kid is only 19, and has always been obese. Never had a chance. And now he's in a body that weighs 454 pounds!!! And you can see the toil on his face, his cheeks are flush, bad blood pressure no doubt and probably a bit from just walking across the room.

Someone please help!
